Ryan Bosworth is the Vice President of Construction overseeing the West Coast. In his role, Ryan combines his passion for the urban built environment and leads diverse, talented design and construction teams creating best-in-class hotels & resorts.

Prior to LUCID, he led multiple projects across various sectors, including hospitality, institutional, cultural, office & residential, with project cost valuations ranging into the billions.

Ryan earned a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. After graduating, he began his career in development working in South Africa supporting grassroots, community-based organizations focused on upgrading informal settlements throughout the country and continent. While working in South Africa, Ryan obtained a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
