Rui Franco oversees all projects in Portugal.

Rui brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and experienced in building luxury hotels and resorts, infrastructures, and commercial buildings. Prior to LUCID, Rui was the Senior Project Manager for Engexpor and was responsible for the coordination of projects such as the Viceroy Quinta da Ombria Hotel, Pine Cliffs Sheraton Hotel, and the renovation of Hotel Tivoli in Carvoeiro. Rui began his professional career with the Vigia Group SGPS and was responsible for the development and construction of various Luxury Resorts in the Algarve namely Parque da Floresta and Quinta da Fortaleza.

Rui has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He has a love for surfing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
