Joe Monaco joined LUCID in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing all projects on the United States East Coast.

Prior to LUCID, Joe was the Senior Project Manager for Tishman Speyer responsible for the Rockefeller Center Concourse and Skating Rink redevelopment projects. Joe also served as the Vice President of Design and Construction for the Related Companies and Tishman Hotel Corporation working on new developments and renovations such as the Equinox Hotel portfolio, the Walt Disney World Swan, Swan Reserve and Dolphin Resort, and InterContinental New York Barclay.

Joe is a graduate from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer and enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
