OVERVIEW
Over a two-year period, LUCID oversaw the design and construction management for the renovation and flagging of this 36-floor 686-key hotel, including the complete renovation of the hotel’s lobby, two floors of meeting space and the addition of an executive office, grab-and-go market and fitness center. The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA was the first restaurant concept, La Société, Highgate Hotels developed in partnership with TableOne Hospitality.
THE INTENT
Redeveloping a 36-story hotel into an upscale sleek design to match its perfectly situated SoMA neighborhood. The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA Hotel is surrounded by San Francisco’s acclaimed culture and art scene.
